The Duo is a featherweight climbing accessory specially designed for training, it isolates muscle and tendon development of one finger or two fingers (two-finger grip 25mm deep). The Duo will prepare your fingers for all kinds of grips! It can be used as a lightweighted warm up with a rubber band or a weight (up to 45 kg) or simply as a bodyweight by hanging 2 duo's it up. With its sober design made from recycled rubber wood, the Duo offers a soft-touch surface whose comfort and grip will convince climbers.
